PRODUCT

Tell us the product name or product number (for example PRM1600) of the product you want to ask about.
If you want to know whether an item is in stock, check the product's detail page.
For detailed measurements of apparel sizes, see the "Size Guide."

SHIPPING

If you have a question about shipping your submitted order, tell us your order number.
You can check the delivery status of your order on MY Page.
For approximate delivery dates and times, see "Shipping Charges and Delivery."

USING OUR WEBSITE

To report any page errors or design issues, please give us a screenshot or URL of the page in question and explain the problem in detail.
If you are using a personal computer, tell us the name and settings of your browser in detail.
If you are using a mobile phone, tell us the model of your phone.
To change your registered information, go to MY Page and see "Change Member's Registered Information."

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT


To close your account, enter your registered email address in the "Email address" field. It is the email address you use to login to our site.
After we receive your request to close your account, it may take a while for us to process it. We ask for your patience and understanding.
After your account closure request is processed, it cannot be canceled. Once your account is closed, your account information and services cannot be recovered.
To change your registered information, go to MY Page and see "Change Member's Registered Information."

CANCEL ORDER

For the merchandise you want to cancel, tell us the order number and product name or product number (for example PRM1600).
If we receive your order cancelation right before we ship your order, we may not be able to process it in time.
There is a slight delay between the time we ship your order and when we send the "Order shipped" email.
You can check the delivery status of your order on MY Page.

RETURNS

If you find a defect in the merchandise or if the wrong merchandise was delivered, contact us within 10 days after you received the merchandise.
We do not accept merchandise returns in the following cases.

  • ・Apparel that has been used or worn (even once).
  • ・The product tag and/or price tag has been removed from the product.
  • ・There is no special reason for the return and 11 or more days have passed after delivery.
  • ・The merchandise has been damaged or sullied after purchase.
  • ・Merchandise from a special sale or outlet sale. (Returnable only if it is defective.)
  • ・Underwear, swimsuits, etc.
  • ・Merchandise not purchased at THE PARK・ING GINZA site.

To return merchandise, see "Canceling Orders, Returning or Exchanging Merchandise."
Lucky Bags (fuku-bukuro) cannot be returned or exchanged.

to accept returns, unless it has been used. *Asterisked items are mandatory.

EXCHANGES

Merchandise exchanges are accepted only for a different color or size.
